Dr. Dan Gesek
Daniel J. Gesek Jr., DMD, is a Board Certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon currently residing and practicing in Jacksonville Florida.
Dr. Gesek earned his DMD from the University of Pennsylvania and completed his Certificate in Oral and Maxillofacial surgery at the Washington Hospital Center in Washington, D.C.  He has held leadership roles such as chair and member of the American Dental Association Council on Dental Education and Licensure and Council on Governmental Affairs and also serving as chair and member of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons Committee on Anesthesia and member of the Committee on Governmental Affairs. Dr Gesek currently serves as AAOMS District Three Trustee.
Dr Gesek is a past Board Examiner for the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, including acting as a Temporomandibular Joint expert. He is currently on the Board of Directors for the Florida Prescription Drug Monitoring Foundation. He also currently serves as President Elect of the Florida Dental Association in 2025-2026 and President of the FDA from 2026-2027
